Shipping and Returns

Full refunds will be given to any unopened/unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returning a Purchase

You can return purchases by mail after you have spoken to us and received a cancellation number via email. Call 844-HCY-HEMP (429-4367) and your customer service representative will ask you for the following information: your name, address and order number, and your email. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours that will include with a cancellation number. You must include a proof of purchase and cancellation number for all returns.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

There is never a charge for shipping.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the second shipment.
